Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

This store will close at 11:59p.m. on April 17 (firm deadline)

Sizing: For apparel, we have included size charts from the manufacturer to help you make your selections. Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers.

Delivery: Orders will be sent out approximately 3 weeks after the store closes. At that time you may pick them up at the Elevate office or they can be shipped to you (you'll choose which option at checkout)

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our distributors; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the distributor, we may substitute something similar or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer backorders.

Online Order & Credit Card Fees: There will be a 7.5% fee added to your total during the checkout process. This fee covers credit card processing fees and host platform fees.

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at virginia@longweekendsportswear.com so that we can verify the receipt of your order. When you do email, please include your full name as well as the organization that you are ordering with.
